Our Turning dept incorporates some of the top Turning centres, from 3axis turning with bar feed, 4axis turning with driven tools for milling and bar fed, to 5axis turning with twin spindle and bar feed.

 

Our investment in the latest technology is to meet the challenges of increasing demands where total reliability is vital. So we have invested in the latest technology with a 5 axis twin spindle turning centre with driven tools and in cycle Renishaw probe with optical transmission, which will give customers reduced cycle time due to less ops and down time, and also improves our productivity with the machine running un-manned, which in turn reduces the end cost to the customer.
