SHOP FLOOR DATA CAPTURE (SFDC)

Newmax Precision Ltd has fully integrated the Tricorn Production Control MRP System into our internal processes giving us complete control and flexibility to meet our customers' needs.

Orders can be quickly generated, planned and manufactured giving us full traceability for work process, tooling, and materials to meet customer demands.

We have also integrated the Fauser Scheduler software into our Production System which enables us to plan and update all production requirements instantly and effectively, and is linked directly to our Shop Floor with our Shop Floor Data Capture (SFDC) System.

This provides direct and accurate component scheduling to our operators enabling us to fully control and accurately predict delivery demands to our clients.
