CADCAM Facility Design

We offer a flexible approach to business with a constant drive for innovation which allows us to work with customers in the most efficient manor. We offer the shared use of electronic data, both in drawing and design.

Our powerful 3D CAM (Hypermill & One CNC Packages) generate optimum roughing and finishing CNC toolpaths from the complex shapes generated by all major 3D modelling systems.

The software consists of three main parts: a ‘sketcher’ for conceptual design, a constraint manager for parametric design and a complete drafting module for detailing any type of mechanical project.

Using our expertise and our cad cam software we have the facility to reverse engineer customer’s product and create engineering drawings and NC files for CNC manufacturing to a finished product.
